Affiliate Administrator
Habitat for Humanity Nova Scotia is a Not for Profit organization that builds affordable housing for working low income families currently living in substandard housing.
Habitat for Humanity Nova Scotia is accepting applications for a full time Affiliate Administrator.
This position will report directly to the Executive Director and be responsible for administering the day-to-day on-site operations of Habitat for Humanity Nova Scotia in an organized and efficient manner by carrying out a variety of office administrative duties including administration, management of regular communications, data management, record management, web site management, and logistical support.
The successful applicant must be able to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment.
Qualifications Required:
Post Secondary Office Administrator Diploma
At least two years experience in an office environment (not for profit experience an asset)
Advanced organizational skills
Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Ability to develop and maintain databases
Effective written and communication skills
